FactGuard — faster than rumour.

A national platform for receiving, verifying, tracking, and responding to misinformation. The public submits reports through the channels they already use — including WhatsApp; a response team triages and acts from a dashboard; an observatory surfaces what is spreading across the information landscape.

Toolu — a paper register, retired.

The Ministry of Agriculture distributed 387 machines — tillers, threshers, harvesters — across 12 categories. The old proof of delivery was a paper register. Toolu replaced it with a fraud-resistant digital trail from procurement to the farmer's hands.
